Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2 days of receipt. We will deliver your goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. Local delivery within Qld is estimated between 2- 5 days. Delivery to other Australian states will vary between 5-10 days. For rural/ regional deliveries please allow additional 2 days approx.

Any delivery times quoted are estimates only. We do not accept any liability for delays caused by a third party provider .

 

Free Delivery Policy

Free Delivery only applies to standard metro areas in each state. Some regional areas in Australia incur additional shipping charges in which case you will not qualify for free shipping. If you do not qualify for free shipping, you will be notified of any additional charges when your order is received. Please note, larger orders may incur freight charges due to cubic volume, weight and region of delivery. You will be notified at time of order should there be any excess charges payable. Returns 

We hope you are happy with your order, however in the unlikely event that you’r not, providing the item is in its original unused and undamaged condition, your item can be returned within 30 days of dispatch from us. All shipping cost is at your own expense and not refundable. Item must be packed suitably to prevent and damage. Please allow us up to 7 days for processing and we strongly advise you keep all proof of postage.

Exchange

Providing the item is in its original undamaged and unused condition, you have within 30 days of dispatch form us to exchange your item. All shipping cost will be at your own expense to return and resend. We do not refund any postage cost. Item must be packed suitably to prevent and damage. Please allow us up to 7 days for processing and we strongly advise you keep all proof of postage.

Damage or Faulty

If the items you received are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the item or offer you a refund. You must notify us immediately upon receiving your item.

I’ve ordered the wrong item! Can I cancel it?

Please contact us at info@sheikeindustries.com immediately. If your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to change the order for you. However, if your item has been dispatched already you can return or exchange your item , please read our return or exchange policy.

 

Can I change my delivery address after I’ve ordered?

As soon as your purchase is completed we begin processing so we can get your order to you in a timely manner. If you need to change your delivery address please email info@sheikeindustries.com and we will do our best to update your address, however we cannot guarantee it will be possible.
